Shipping Policy

Once your order is confirmed, we begin processing it as soon as possible. Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on your location, courier service, and product availability.

Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 working days. During busy seasons, sales, or public holidays, delivery may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to keep your order moving smoothly.

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout or shared before order confirmation.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with your order details and clear pictures of the product.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that are used, damaged after delivery, broken due to mishandling, or without original packaging may not be eligible for return or exchange. Sale or discounted items may also be non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
